Last week I met a shoe that I absolutely fell in love with and had to have. My boss had gotten a pair in fabulous blue, and after trying hers on, I had to have them. So, I called the nearest Betsey Johnson shoe store and the clerk (named Erica) offered to help me find the shoe in as many colours as were available in my size. She called stores, check inventories and even sent out a mass email.
Well, yesterday I went into my local
Betsey Johnson store (located in the posh Yorkville area of Toronto) and bought the shoes. And though it's a frivolous purchase, I was practical, and decided to by in a practical black. I feel like Cinderella when I wear them, and I pick them up next week!
